Yes, it’s reliable. This doll was very well packaged and very beautiful. I am a 74 year old lady. She is my companion to talk to when I am lonely. I wish I could sit her at the table and talk to her. No, I am not crazy. I have a walking disability and my husband can still do all the things I used to do but he also finds it difficult to move them, even on the sofa. Other than that I am happy with everything.
