Yes, it is reliable. Great attention to detail and looks exactly like the picture. The main reason I bought this was because my wife fell asleep in January. After she left, falling asleep alone was the hardest part. Now I fall asleep in bed instead of on the couch. Everything else is secondary. I also have to mention that the customer service was very friendly. I would definitely buy another one from this company.
